At Sale Shoes Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your footwear purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process for most items within 15 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be in its original condition – unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging
- You must initiate the return within 15 days of receiving your order
- A proof of purchase must be provided
- Slippers (due to direct foot contact)
- Sandals (unless completely unworn with protective soles intact)
Return & Exchange Process
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- The reason for return/exchange
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation.

- Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect your return and process it within 3-5 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Information
If you’re exchanging an item:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- If the new item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
- If the new item costs less, we’ll refund the difference
