Eligible returns received within 90 days of purchase will be issued to the original form of payment when available. Eligible returns received beyond 90 days from the date of purchase or without a Sale Shoes Store proof of purchase will be issued a Sale Shoes Store Merchandise Credit.
Refunds will be issued for the original purchase price only when accompanied by a Sale Shoes Store proof of purchase. If neither the customer nor Sale Shoes Store can locate this documentation, the refund will be issued at the value determined by Sale Shoes Store.
School Uniform items without a logo follow the return policy guidelines above. School Uniform items with a logo may be returned within 90 days of purchase for a Merchandise Credit. No returns will be accepted after 90 days.
Personalized items, including, but not limited to, items with a monogram or embroidery, and items marked final sale may not be returned to Sale Shoes Store and are expressly excluded by this Return Policy.
All returns are final. Items sent to Sale Shoes Store outside of the terms of this Return Policy are not subject to refund and will not be returned to sender.
