Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:

1. Standard Shipping ($12.95)

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Tracking included

2. Free Shipping (Orders over $50)

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Tracking included

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your shoes! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of delivery.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags and packaging
  • Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Slippers (due to hygiene reasons from direct foot contact)
  • Sandals (unless completely unworn with protective soles intact)

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days with:
    • Subject line: “Return/Exchange Request”
    • Your order number
    • Item(s) for return/exchange
    • Reason for return
    • Refund or exchange preference
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Package Items: Securely pack in original packaging with all tags. Include your order confirmation.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to:

    We recommend using a trackable shipping service – you’re responsible until the package arrives.

  5. Processing: We’ll inspect and process your return within 3-5 business days of receipt.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers cover return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item)
  • For exchanges, we cover shipping the replacement item to you

Refund Information

Refunds are issued to the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Information

  • Replacement ships after we receive and process your return
  • Subject to product availability
  • Price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly

Damaged or Defective Items
