5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided they are:

• With all original tags and packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-returnable items: Slippers (for hygiene reasons) and sandals unless completely unworn with protective soles intact.
